NEW TO MILLETS ?

Millets are one of the oldest foods known to humans and possibly the first cereal grain to be used for domestic purposes. They are highly nutritious, rich in fiber and gluten-free, making them easy for the body to absorb. They are rich in a huge spectrum of micro nutrients, including calcium, iron, phosphorus, etc.

Transforming lives

through positive grains

Grains are classified as Positive, Neutral and Negative. Millets within the range of 8 % to 12.5% of dietary fiber are constituted as positive millets. Foxtail, Kodo, Barnyard, Little and BrownTop are all positive grains. Whereas, millets with lesser dietary fiber such as Finger, Pearl, Proso, Great Millet etc. are neutral grains. Millets are considered as 'miracle grains', hence the name "SiriDhanyalu".
